Marble statues of Mahavatar Babaji, Lahiri Mahasaya, Swami Sri Yukteswar, and Paramahansa Yogananda were installed in the Meditation Hall at CSA headquarters on March 9. It was the 73rd anniversary of Sri Yukteswar’s mahasamadhi and two days after the 57th anniversary of Paramahansa Yogananda’s transition from the earth realm.
The dancing Ganesha is a unique portrayal of this icon that reminds devotees that God can remove all obstacles from one’s life. The statues were carved by artisans in Jaipur, India.
